Stargazing Yurt #7 · Stargazing Mongolian Yurt JTNP

Positive: We liked the space around the yurt, the view and the furnishing yurt. The yurt was well equipped and clean. The shower outside was ausumn and you could also see the stars. Erin gave us a warm welcome, was friendly and took care of the dishes. Negative: We agreed to keep in touch via the chat of booking, but the connection was so bad that my messages were not sent unfortunately. There was just a soft matrass on the floor for my son, which was not conformtable.

Positive: Location was prime! The amenities such as the grill, shower, etc. were great. A convenience store is 5 mins away and the town was 20 mins which included a grocery store, shops, Starbucks, etc. The yurt was super cool and super comfy. It also had an a/c unit and heater inside for whatever season you are there. Wish we had more days to stay but 28 Palms Ranch will be the first place that comes to mind when passing through Joshua Tree National Park.

A magical place Positive: It’s not a 5* hotel. It’s glamping. So every thing is basic. But the beds are the comfiest and cosiest we’ve had on our road trip. Erin is a delightful and helpful host and you can tell the thought, love and passion she has poured into building this special place. The yurts are delightful (and well equipped for camping). A lovely time was had bbq-ing and sitting around the camp fire watching the stars. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful place next to Joshua Tree Positive: We had a really good time, beautiful place, the yurt was surprising big and beautiful, we used the BBQ for dinner, very good
