Will come back for sure! Positive: It was amazing!

Incorrectly described amenities and an aggressive, unprofessional response from the host. Positive: Location was good Negative: The listing showed a standard bathroom in the photos, but the room we were assigned had a composting toilet instead. There was also no hot water available. When we raised these concerns with the host (Erin), the response was dismissive and confrontational. We were told that we should use a friend’s bathroom and shower if we wanted hot water or a standard bathroom. Given that we were traveling with families and children and had paid for individual rooms based on the listing description, this was not a reasonable solution. The amenities provided did not match what was advertised, and the interaction with the host did not reflect professional or hospitable communication.

Lovely yurt camping under the stars in the desert! Positive: Plenty of blankets, dishes, lovely yurt, great environment, very responsive and kind host. Negative: I wasn’t sure everything that would be there so overpacked a little
